Where to start: Identifying what is essential to your business and what is not. Eliminating wasted time running around doing what you think you should do

The Money: Identifying any roadblocks and belief systems you may have

The Purpose: Becoming clear of the purpose of your business and who it serves.

Sales: Identifying positive and negative filters you may have about sales and creating a view of sales that gets you excited.

Sales: Training in the components and formula for sales and how it applies to everything in your life.

Sales: Practice making sales as natural as breathing, including where to find them

Customers & Staff: Who they are for you and how you want them to experience your business

Start-up Plan: Where will you get the money, and how will you announce your business to the world?

Resources: What you need to manage and how to do that in the easiest ways.
